Your Legal Career Coach (YLCC) is the brainchild of Sammanika Rawat, NUJS Alumna and Indian Army JAG Branch Recommended Candidate. At YLCC Learning, we aim to simplify legal education through our live and pre recorded courses.
Our target audience is budding Entrepreneurs, lawyers and law students. In addition to Legal Education training, we hold expertise in One-on-One Interview training. We proudly say that we are the only Legal Ed-Tech platform which provides personalized One-on-One Interview training and detailed feedback on each and every question during the mock preparation. So far, we have mentored 1500+ candidates.

About The Founder
Indian Army JAG Branch Recommended, an Internationally Accredited Mediator and an ICCC Certified Career Coach, Sammanika is a young law-graduate who hails from the hills of North India. She has completed her graduation from WB-NUJS, Kolkata and has worked with HSA Advocates as a Banking, Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Lawyer.
She was the only female representative in the Recruitment and Placements Committee (RPC) of her batch for three years. She had first-hand exposure of interacting with all Tier 1 Law Firms’ Partners; Foreign Law Firms’ Partners and In-House lawyers.
She was also the Head of Placements department at Lawsikho – an Indian Edu-tech Startup where she was offered the position of Chief People’s Officer within one year. She is a young, dynamic and enthusiastic person who is passionate about filling the gaps in the legal education sector.

Mentorship, for me, is far more than just a rigid set of rules. I believe in quality over quantity and hence I prefer transforming one life at a time. Since there was no concept of One-on-One Legal Career Coaching, I decided to fill this gap by Starting-up Your Legal Career Coach (YLCC).
Other than first to fifth year law students and post graduate law students, my pool of mentees included Army officers, Army wives (law graduates), senior in-house lawyers working in the Cement industry, in SaaS companies, in law firms etc.
